By registering for this event you herby understand & agree: There will be NO refunds. In the event of rain, we recommend vendors bring a small tent; there will be no rain date refund. Vendors agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless any and all agents of Lokul App against any losses, damages, judgments, costs, or expenses arising from participation in Juneteenth event. All items must be priced for sale. Non-Food vendors are not permitted to sell food or drink of any kind. Vendors are responsible for sales tax liabilities. Load-in instructions will follow your signed and paid contract. Vendors are responsible for providing table, chairs, or tent.
