By registering for this event you herby understand & agree: There will be NO refunds. In the event of rain, we recommend vendors bring a small tent; there will be no rain date refund. Vendors agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless any and all agents of Lokul App / Mocha Love Festival against any losses, damages, judgments, costs, or expenses arising from participation in Mocha Love event. All items must be priced for sale. Non-Food vendors are not permitted to sell food or drink of any kind. Vendors are responsible for sales tax liabilities. Load-in instructions will follow your signed and paid contract. Vendors are responsible for providing table, chairs, or tent.
