Vendor Information for Juneteenth Weekend Events
We are excited to announce our upcoming Juneteenth weekend events and invite vendors to join us in celebrating this significant occasion. We have three fantastic events lined up, offering both indoor and outdoor vending opportunities. Here’s everything you need to know to be a part of these vibrant celebrations:
Event Details:
- June 14th – Woodmere
- Location: Woodmere (Indoor & Outdoor Options Available)
- Time: 5 PM – 9 PM
- Setup: Vendors can set up one hour before the event starts, from 4 PM onwards.
- June 15th – Fawaky Burst
- Location: Fawaky Burst (Indoor & Outdoor Options Available) Larchmere
- Time: 11 AM – 5 PM
- Setup: Vendors can set up one hour before the event starts, from 10 AM-11am onwards.
Vendor Information:
- Space Allocation: One table per vendor (Vendor responsible for tables). Please ensure that your setup fits within the allocated space.
- Setup Time: Vendors are allowed to set up one hour before the event starts. This time is crucial for ensuring that you are ready to welcome guests and participate fully in the event.
- Indoor & Outdoor Options: For events at Woodmere and Fawaky Burst, vendors have the choice between indoor and outdoor setups. Please specify your preference when applying, as spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Outdoor Vending at Unbar: Please note that the event at Unbar is exclusively outdoor. Prepare accordingly for weather conditions.
- Tents: Tents are additional charge. They occupy more sq footage then allocated. However we do offer inside options for your convience.
How to Apply:
To apply for a vendor spot at any of the Juneteenth weekend events, please follow these steps:
- Contact Information: Send us your name, business name, contact information, and a brief description of what you will be vending.
- Event Selection: Specify which event(s) you are interested in participating in and your preference for an indoor or outdoor setup (where applicable).
- Confirmation: Await confirmation of your application. Spaces are limited, so apply early to secure your spot.
Additional Information:
- Fees: Are to be paid prior to event. No fees will be accepted at the venue. No refunds.
- Requirements: Vendors are responsible for their own setup, including tables, chairs, and any necessary equipment within the provided space.
- Guidelines: All vendors must adhere to the event guidelines and schedules to ensure a smooth and successful experience for everyone involved. No sex or drug paraphernalia allowed.
- Taxes: By registering for these events all vendors agree to collect and are responsible for their own tax liabilities. Lokul T&M has no financial obligations, liabilities or affiliation to any registered vendor.
